Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days 
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

 

Delays

  • Please note that shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

 

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Pinfish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
